Ok, just a sad little message here...
So, I ordered a new camera for my youtube videos (yay!). It is a HD camera with a microphone input and several different settings that is going to take me a while to understand ;)
I ordered the camera online last week. And because they have to send it to me, I understand it will take some time. But then, the day after I bought the camera, I got a e-mail from the company, that said; ''this product is not in stock, we will come back to you in 5 days and give you more information about the product.''
Now it has been more than a week since I got that message. And have they contacted me with more information? ...No.
I understand that if the camera is not in stock, they can not send it to me as soon as they promised before. But what makes me sad, is when they said that I would get more information about my order, I expect them to contact me as promised.
Oh well...
